Jared Navarre
Serial entrepreneur, systems strategist, and founder of Keyni Consulting. A lifelong Alaskan, Jared launched his first IT company as a teenager and has since built, scaled, and sold multiple businesses across technology, services, logistics, and entertainment. He currently owns several companies, including ventures in consulting, music, storage, logistics, and construction trades.
Over the last 20+ years, Jared has consulted directly for more than 250 businesses around the world—from municipal governments to global corporations like Reebok, Capital One, and HCA Healthcare. He holds a master’s degree and has completed graduate-level coursework at Harvard Business School, where he focused on business operations, innovation, and systems design.
Known for his ability to distill complex problems into simple, scalable systems, Jared specializes in creating operational clarity for organizations in flux. His work has helped companies across sectors streamline operations, implement modern tech stacks, and adopt data-driven decision making with confidence
